Dakota didn't have that start," Orb trainer Dale Romans told
journalists. "If he made that last quarter of a mile in 1:52
instead of 2:10 and we'd been a little farther out, he might have
had a shot. The three-quarters is where the trouble started,
and I think if he didn't make that last quarter of a mile in 2:10
it wouldn't have mattered. "
